For over 50 years, it has been serving traditional Abruzzese cuisine, featuring cured meats, cheeses, handmade egg pasta, and locally sourced ingredients. Specialties include chitarra with meat ragù, tagliatelle with mushrooms and black truffle, gnocchi, sagnette, and seasonal dishes. Main courses feature grilled meats, rabbit with mountain herbs, and, in season, game-based dishes. Homemade desserts and a selection of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Trebbiano, and renowned national wines complete the menu. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available.
