The parish church of San Rocco in Pizzoferrato, situated in the homonymous square, was built in the second half of the nineteenth century after the demolition of the Church located in the upper part of the village and using the area of a chapel dedicated to San Rocco. The façade is rectangular, with horizontal crowning. The covering material is impressive : stone curtain. The front is crowned by two lesenes that reach the top crowning. The entrance portal, with sober design, is framed by a boss curved frame and is surmounted by a triangular tympanum with an elegant profile. Above there is a round window, with flat frame. On the right there is the Bell Tower with quadrangular plan, divided into three separate levels by protruding cornices. Lateral lesenes are connecting elements between these three levels. At the third level, opened at four sides by round arches there is the bell. The Interior of the Church has a single nave with side chapels and concluded by an apse. Trabeation along its perimeter supports, in correspondence of pilasters, the vaults, which are barrel-vaulted on the bays and domed on the presbytery. White and golden stucco decorations are present throughout the building interior.
